A two bedroom chalet boasting rustic luxe charm and luxury fittings throughout. Offering two bedrooms (comfortably sleeping up to 4 guests), open plan living, fully equipped kitchen, bathroom with cast iron bath tub with a view, laundry facilities, ceiling fan, wooden fireplace, outdoor deck and car parking.

Why not stay in and enjoy the fully equipped kitchen, including oven, cooktop, microwave, bar size fridge, cutlery, crockery, wine glasses and hand crafted wooden kitchen bench with it’s own wine storage. Complimentary locally sourced tea and coffee facilities is also included. Enjoy views from the kitchen over the woodlands or step out onto the outdoor deck to enjoy a glass of wine and the peacefulness of Littlewood Chalet.

Featuring a queen size hand crafted, wooden bed fitted with Koala mattress and crisp linen. The minimalistic style includes rustic artwork, side table with lamp, sliding door that opens up onto a small private deck with views of the woodlands, complimenting the rustic luxe charm of the chalet.

Featuring a queen size hand crafted, wooden bed fitted with Koala mattress and crisp linen. The minimalistic style includes rustic artwork, side table with lamp and views of the woodlands from the window all compliment the rustic luxe charm of the chalet.
Full Bathroom with Tub
Treat yourself and relax in the cast iron bath tub with an exquisite view of the woodlands – a glass of wine optional with the clever bath caddy. The bathroom also features separate shower with quality fittings, heated towel rack, basin, hairdryer, washing machine and toilet. Complimentary towels, locally sourced bath products and laundry amenities are included.
The Property
Situated on 30 acres of private woodlands, Littlewood sits at the top of a rolling valley, offering breathtaking views throughout the trees, and onto the paddocks. Peppered with birdlife including the Blue Wren and Kookaburra’s, Littlewood is also home to a variety of wildlife, including rabbits, kangaroos, ducks and two resident Black Swans that call the spring fed dam home. Peace and privacy are a guarantee at Littlewood. You will feel like the only people in the world here, apart from the wildlife of course!
Location
Littlewood is located 10 minutes from Margaret River but if you are travelling from Perth on the Bussell Highway you will turn left onto Osmington Road. Continue for approximately 10 kilometers passing Colonial Brewery on your left.
